Design Fees

 

Architectural and Engineering Fees are quoted on a per job basis.  Residential HVAC Design services are as follows:

 

Off Grid Design offers architectural, structural, and mechanical engineering services. While most projects require custom quotes, a pricing guide is available to provide a starting point for residential HVAC Design clients.

The standard Forced Air System Package costs $899.

 

Additional options are available for an extra cost:

• Radiant Heating Design Package starts at $550.

• Geothermal Design Package starts at $550.

• Solar PV Design Package starts at $600.

• Each additional Duct System Design $550.

 

Other services and their starting prices include:

• Site Visits: $300.

• Basic Energy Modelling: $750.

• Permit Application & Submission: $250.

 

The final price for a project can vary depending on factors such as the size of the project, home, or space, as well as customization and quantities.
